Gift Aid
Help us to make your money go further, at no extra cost to yourself.
From April 2000 Charities can now reclaim tax on any size of donation covered by a Gift Aid Declaration. If you are a UK tax payer, you are eligible to sign and we will be able claim back 28p of every £1 you have donated.
This will help us enormously to further our build and restoration work. All you have to do is fill in the details requested and agree to the following statement by checking the box:
I wish The Monastery of St. Francis and Gorton Trust (Charity No. 1061457) to treat all my donations paid since 6th April 2000 - and all donations I make from the date of this declaration until further notice - as gift aid donations.
I agree to notify the charity of any changes in my name or address.
I know I must pay an amount of income / capital gains tax at least equal to the tax the charity reclaims on my donations in the tax year.
I note that I can cancel this declaration at any time by notifying the charity of my intent.
